Things I do when I'm procrastinating or bored...

Boredom & Procrastination  For me, I always have something I should be doing but I can never be bothered to actually do it....  So if your like me and can't be bothered to do 'that thing' you 'really need to do ' then my advice would be to at least do something productive with your time! Binge watching TV shows may seem like a great idea, however I find I am always more fulfilled if I do something on my to do list!  For example:  The other day I was supposed to be working on my biology assignment. However, as per usual, I didn't feel like doing it....  So instead, I decided I would still do something fun but productive with my time;  MY MUSIC COMPOSITION!  For any of you that know me, music is one of my passions, so writing a song is fun for me. Songwriting

Hey guys  How are you all!?  So the last post I made, I said that when I procrastinate I like to divert to music and songwriting.   Sooooooo I thought that I might share with you all how  I go about doing this!  Tips and Tricks  1. Firstly I have to be in a 'songwriting mood'.  - I believe songwriting is not something you can force. The best songs I have written have come when I was just singing random stuff while mucking around on the piano.  - I find that when I surround myself with people, or expose myself to different situations, I experience convicting emotions meaning that lyrics and melody come easiest :)  2. The more you do it the easier it comes  - If you give yourself opportunity to be free in the moment and sing when and what you want, the quantity of new material grows significantly.  - Also it's a good way of expressing how you feel and I find it is a good stress reliever.  3...
